- national and international recruiting of employees in different functions, mainly in technical field
- creation of job profiles and consulting of hiring managers in all matters of successful recruiting of talents
- active candidate sourcing, using personal contacts and local network
- development of new methods and creative approaches to source candidates
- selection of suppliers, job boards, etc. and negotiation of contracts and terms
your talent
- several years of experience in international recruiting
- relevant experience in search and selection methods as well as interview techniques
- good understanding of technical context and interest in technical products
- talented communicator with persuasive and negotiating skills
- proactive, traget focussed and structured working style
- fluent in german and very good knowledge of english
- enjoy occasional field work and unconventional headhunting methods
