this year we came together again in the local hall in seissen. this time all the trainees/students helped diligently with the set-up and created a festive and cosy atmosphere. in the beautifully decorated foyer, all employees were welcomed by the hr team with a champagne reception.
after a short and captivating speech by our managing director, there was a sumptuous buffet from the ochsen restaurant in berghülen, with everything the heart could desire.
once again this year we were delighted to welcome many people celebrating 10, 20 and 30 years of loyal service to falch. we were also able to congratulate new parents and were delighted to welcome the new additions to our staff.
the "salesperson of the year" and the "photographer of the year" were also delighted to receive travel vouchers and a budget for an additional team event for 2024.
with a cosy atmosphere, music and stimulating conversations, the party went on until well after midnight!
a successful conclusion to a successful 2023!
