your mission
- development to manager in the next 4-5 years (succession plan)
- supporting the manager with administrative and organisational tasks
- support of the field sales force in the preparation of quotations and in the clarification of technical and organisational issues
- interface between field sales force, used equipment management and head office
- telephone customer advice regarding equipment and application technology
- calculation of trade-ins for own and third-party systems preparation of quotations, coordination of repairs, data maintenance, acceptance of purchased systems, acceptance of repaired systems.
- clarification of technical, organisational and logistical issues
- active and accurate crm maintenance
- handover of systems, instruction and safety training
- general team tasks

- successfully completed technical training or in-depth technical understanding
- professional experience in technical sales
- good knowledge of common it systems required
- absolutely reliable, precise, independent and customer-orientated working style
- good handling of stress and pressure, general computer skills
- very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English required
