your mission
in order to implement our international growth strategy, we are looking for a sales manager with passion for northern europe (with a focus on england and scandinavia).
- overall responsibility for business development, sales and returns, subsidiaries and local falch sales teams in northern europe
- development and implementation of a country-specific growth strategy, targeted further development of existing sales structures and establishment of additional sales and service branches
- acquisition of new customers and direct support for important customers
- active, pragmatic support of sales colleagues in customer acquisition, building sustainable customer relationships, professional crm maintenance and technical issues
- role model and motivator for his employees, leadership with passion, commitment, structure, sustainability and customer orientation

your talent
- several years of international experience in sales of technical capital goods in a medium-sized company and management experience
- industry knowledge in the field of sanitation or industrial cleaning
- excellent technical understanding and good business management skills
- entrepreneurial, strategic action and pragmatic solution orientation
- enjoy active selling, technical consulting and demonstrating our waterjet systems and automation solutions
- business fluent in english, further language skills advantageous
- 50% work in the head office (merklingen / blaubeuren), 50% travel activity
