your mission
- you are responsible for the production of a product group from the first screw to the test run
- together with your team, you control the schedule and work closely with the design, quality assurance and logistics departments.
- you accompany the construction of prototypes until they are ready for series production
- you like to take responsibility and are the first contact person for your product group
- you contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, workplaces and processes
- you are a teamplayer, go to work with open eyes and bring your knowledge into the daily business
your talent
- you have completed technical training, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or technician and initial management experience.
- you have a very good technical understanding and manual skills.
- you have good knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics and, ideally, electrics
- you work independently, in a structured way and like to look beyond your own horizons
- you approach your tasks with a high level of self-motivation and power
