your mission
- you monitor, check and post incoming payments for all domestic and foreign bank accounts
- you obtain credit reports for new and existing customers, analyse and document them
- the processing of dunning procedures is one of your regular tasks
- you determine and monitor payment terms and credit limits in collaboration with sales and commercial management
- you also advise your sales colleagues on contract design (payment terms and financing)
- you support the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements
- you develop the division strategically with regard to the international growth of the company
your talent
- you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- you have a precise, reliable, customer-orientated and structured way of working and do not lose track of difficult issues
- you have a good command of written and spoken english; other foreign languages would be an advantage
- ideally you have already gained some experience with erp systems
- you have good knowledge of ms-office
