falch trainees bring matthäus-alber-haus to shine - social day

traditionally, new falch trainees carry out a practical project as part of their initial training.

this year we chose a local project of a non-profit organisation - the matthäus-alber-haus in blaubeuren.

after a full-day product training, the team independently planned the project details and on october 13th we were ready to start.

after a team breakfast we were joined by our trainer and an application engineer und went with professional water jetting equipment on site.

a wall, made of natural stone, needed renovation works. in addition, the wooden gable of the roof as well as window frames and wooden paneling had to be cleaned. the project went smoothly and the matthäus-alber-haus shined with new brilliance by early afternoon.

during this day we did not only learn a lot about falch products and applications but also practiced our skills in project planning and teamwork. in addition, the protestant church, as funding organisation, was pleased about the support in the renovation project. overall it was a successful day for everyone involved.
