your mission

to execute our international growth strategy, we are looking for a passionate sales manager for southern europe (with focus on italy and spain).

  • full responsibility for business development, sales and margin, sub-companies and local falch sales in southern europe
  • development and execution of a country specific growth strategy, targeted development of existing sales structures and establishment of further sales and service branches
  • acquisition of new customers and direct support of existing key customers
  • active, pragmatic support of sales colleagues in customer acquisition, development of sustainable customer relationships, professional CRM administration and in technical questions
  • role model and motivator for his employees, leading with passion, engagement, structure, sustainability and customer focus

your talent

  • several years of international experience in selling technical capital goods in a mid-size company and people management experience
  • relevant industry experience in renovation or industrial cleaning
  • excellent technical understanding and solid business administration skills
  • entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as pragmatic, solution oriented approach
  • passion for active selling, technical consultation and practical demonstration of our water jetting equipment and automization solutions
  • fluent in italian and spanish and good english language skills
  • 50% headquarter (merklingen/blaubeuren), 50% travelling
