your mission

you are responsible for a perfectly organized branch and cover a broad range of tasks:

  • general commercial and admin related tasks, e.g. scheduling of customer appointments, tour planning, ordering of office equipment, handling of customer complaints and maintenance of customer data in crm system
  • independent handling of our rental business, professional machine handovers, basic technical check and return of machines
  • active sales support of the branch manager (cold calling, technical and application related consulting, follow up on marketing campaigns)

your talent

  • you successfully completed a technical or commercial training and already gained some experience in a sales oriented position
  • you are interested in technical products and possess excellent it user skills
  • you love variety in your job and have a service oriented mindset
  • you are a strong communicator and a talent when it comes to organisation
  • you do what it takes to get the job done and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • you are fluent in geman and french language
